MATHSTRAVAGANZA

On Saturday, 26 October 2024, the Mathematics RIDS activity was conducted. The students from classes III to V showcased their creative projects in an interactive exhibition format. Students in Class V portrayed renowned mathematicians and presented their significant contributions to the field. Class IV students demonstrated the integration of art and mathematics by exhibiting patterns such as Kolam art, Islamic art, and Mandala art, while also discussing their cultural origins.

Additionally, Class III explored the wonders of numerical systems, presenting insights into Egyptian, Roman, and Indian numerals. This enriching event offered a valuable learning experience for all participants, deepening their understanding of mathematics within both historical and artistic contexts. The collaborative nature of the exhibition fostered teamwork and communication skills, further enhancing the educational value of the experience.
