This year also DoE observed this day in an effective manner. Therefore, following programme had been chalked out to signify the day. A PPT namely ‘Understanding Substance Use…a Step for Prevention’, was shared with Teachers in order to sensitize them. This enabled them to understand and identify the early signs & symptoms and how to deal with children while maintaining utmost confidentiality of the child. Organized online poster /slogan making competition, for class XI, on the theme ‘Share facts on drugs, save life’ at school level on 24/06/2021. Best 5 posters were selected which were further circulated amongst school students’ over whatsapp groups on 26 June 2021 among the students of IX onwards. Shared pre-recorded voice/written message on “Say No to Drugs for students’ WhatsApp groups.
