REPUBLIC DAY ASSEMBLY CELEBRATION

The 76th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great zeal and patriotic fervour at Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar. The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to the esteemed Principal Ma’am, cherished Headmistress Ma’am, revered teachers, and enthusiastic students.
The celebrations began with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Director, Principal Ma’am, and Headmistress Ma’am, followed by the National Anthem, sung with pride and reverence. This was succeeded by the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra and a soulful morning prayer by the school choir, setting a serene and uplifting tone for the occasion.
Saksham Pandey of Class 7A recited a heartfelt poem, beautifully capturing the essence and spirit of Republic Day. This was followed by a thought-provoking speech by Avni Gupta of Class 8C, who eloquently highlighted the significance of the day and the democratic ideals enshrined in the Indian Constitution.
The school choir performed a patriotic song, filling the atmosphere with a sense of unity and national pride. Principal ma’am addressed the gathering, inspiring the students with her powerful message on upholding the values of democracy, equality, and justice.
Adding vibrancy to the event, the talented dance team delivered an electrifying contemporary dance performance, which celebrated India’s cultural diversity and dynamic spirit.
The celebration concluded with words of gratitude and encouragement, urging everyone to carry forward the values of Republic Day in their daily lives. The students dispersed in an orderly manner, with hearts filled with pride and patriotism.
The Republic Day assembly was a perfect blend of tradition, creativity, and inspiration, leaving everyone motivated to contribute towards a stronger, more inclusive, and progressive India.
