Investiture Ceremony

The Investiture Ceremony was held in the school’s Multi Purpose Hall (G.F.), marking a momentous occasion where new student leaders were officially inducted into their roles. The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp at the reception graciously attended by the Chief Guest, Chairperson Shri Bharat Salhotra. Respected Principal Ma’am then delivered a warm welcome emphasising the importance of leadership, responsibility, and the trust placed in the newly appointed leaders. This was followed by a melodious musical performance and a thoughtful panel discussion by the school choir and students of Class VIII and IX respectively.

A solemn procession of the selected students, dressed in their crisp uniforms, followed suit.. They were then called to the stage one by one to receive their House flag, badges of office and certificates, which included positions such as Head Boy, Head Girl, Prefects, House Captains, and Vice Captains. Each student took an oath, pledging to uphold the values and ethos of the school while carrying out their duties with integrity and dedication.

The guest of honor delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging the student leaders to lead by example and to serve their peers with humility and respect.

The event went on with the address by the newly appointed Head Boy/Head Girl, who expressed gratitude on behalf of all the student leaders for the opportunity to serve. The Vice Principal thenclosed the ceremony with a few final words of encouragement, bringing the ceremony to a dignified end.

The Investiture Ceremony was a significant and memorable event, setting the tone for the upcoming academic year and highlighting the school’s commitment to nurturing future leaders.
