Sanskrit Divas

Sanskrit Day was organized in the school on Wednesday, 07 August 2024. During the class period, activities like making book mark, writing Sanskrit aphorisms and making wall paintings were organised. Sanskrit verse recitation competition and Sanskrit storytelling competition were organized in the first floor auditorium. In this competition, students from class VI to VIII participated in the activities with full enthusiasm. Veronica Chari of class VI C got first place, Anika of class VI B got second place, and Nandini Sharma of class VI C got third place. In the Shloka recitation competition for classes VII and VIII, Shaurya Tiwari of Class VIII A got first place, Sarthak Sharma got second place and Chaitanya Verma got third place. In the Sanskrit Kathavachan competition, Anshuman Pandey of Class VIII A got first place, Ryan of VI B got second place and Rudransh Rawat of VIII A got third place. Through the activities, the students developed interest in Sanskrit language. They were able to recite Sanskrit shlokas and through Sanskrit stories, moral values were developed in the students.
