APTITUDE TEST

Salwan Public School recognises the significance of stream selection and career profiling in shaping a student’s future and focused guidance is provided to help the students make informed decisions about the stream they choose after Grade X and ultimately select a promising career path after Grade XII. 

An Aptitude Test was conducted on 21-10-2024 for the students of Class X. The test was organised by Mindler and VMC and was conducted online in the school computer lab. Only those students who had given their consent were allowed to participate in the test.

The primary objective of this Aptitude Test was to assess the student’s cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking. The online platform provided an interactive and user-friendly experience for the students, ensuring convenience and ease of access.

The test consisted of multiple-choice questions covering a wide range of subjects, including Mathematics, Science, English, and General Knowledge. Each question was designed to challenge the students’ knowledge and ability to apply their understanding in practical scenarios. The test duration was set for an hour and a half allowing sufficient time for the students to complete the test comfortably. The students were provided with individual login credentials to access the online platform and complete the test using the school’s computer lab facilities.

Upon completion of the test, each student was able to download their test report. The report includes the following information:

1. Student Information: Name, Class, and Roll Number
2. Test Performance: Subject-wise performance
3. Strengths and Weaknesses: Areas where the student excelled and areas that require improvement
4. Suggestions and Recommendations: Personalized recommendations for further development

The individual test reports will serve as a valuable tool for parents, teachers, and the students themselves to understand their aptitude and potential in various areas. The reports will provide insights into their strengths and areas that need improvement, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their academic and career paths.
